Hang out and see presentations about other teams

Hello again!

For this session, we'll meet in the ReadyTalk "Nerd Lounge" for drinks followed by presentations from a few of this meetup's members on their respective companies.

From 6:30 - 7 it'll be happy hour where we can hang out and chat. Then around 7, Jeremy Goldsmith from Return Path and Jason Collins from ReadyTalk will be giving very informal presentations on the past growth and current state of their groups. Hopefully there will be lots of QnA, so a lot of the topics we've seen come up will be discussed - hiring in this tight market, effective 1:1s, office environments, scaling processes and communication, etc.

It should be interesting to hear how both these companies have managed to successfully grow and thrive over the last few years. Please come out and learn more about how they're leading groups of really smart people who are doing really difficult things!
