Welcome to the Taurus Full Moon Meditation & Wesak Festival, the MOST POWERFUL time of the year to meditate. Millions of spiritual practitioners, from around the world, will be coming together to partake in the spiritual downpour of this auspicious time. The Wesak Festival has been taking place every year for over 2500 years. And this will be the 4th Year of it taking place in Denver!
The energy and (priceless) blessings generated during the Wesak Festival are equivalent to meditating every day for several months, and the bigger the group, the bigger the power.
This will be my 11th year doing the Wesak Festival taught to me by Grandmaster Choa Kok Sui, the founder of Modern Pranic Healing & Arhatic Yoga.
This event will be catered with delicious, healthy snacks and appetizers (not too heavy because we will be meditating).

3 - Hour Format:

Simple exercises and breathing

A LIVE streaming lecture by Master Stephen Co on the Four Noble Truths and Eight Fold Path of Buddhism.

Meditating at the PEAK of the Full Moon which is 9:42pm MST this year.

Blessing goals, projects and plans with a tremendous amount of energy.

Absorbing and storing the blessings and energies for the upcoming months.

Sharing experiences with each other, if so inclined.
+++ SPECIAL NOTES +++
--Please wear ALL white during the Wesak Festival; long sleeve, t-shirts, shorts, pants, dresses, socks or whatever, as long as its ALL white.
--Bring a notebook and pen for the lecture portion.
--Bring any pictures, items, written goals you would like blessed and/or consecrated (limited to 3 items per person)
--Limited to 50 PEOPLE of GOODWILL because of the room size.
--Come on an empty stomach and eat the awesome food we'll have available.
