Waiver Form

Further to my email of a couple of weeks ago, I have now put a waiver form on the site for everyone to sign (go to the 'More' drop down at the top of the site and click on 'Files'). Please ensure that you print this off, sign and bring along to your first ride. I will then keep a record of everyone that has signed and where necessary I (and the other organizers) will have copies of the forms at every ride for those that have not yet completed the form.
