Welcome to the Desert Dolphins SCUBA Dive Club's Meetup Group in Tucson, AZ. Our club's objective is to promote interest, safety and fun in skin and SCUBA diving through effective organization; to encourage the conservation of our aquatic resources and to preserve the natural beauty of our shores.

Members of this group are welcome to attend our Desert Dolphins Dive Club meetings and invited to join our club which meets the third Wednesday of each month at 6:00pm at El Parador, 2744 E Broadway, Tucson, AZ.

The Desert Dolphins Dive Club, the oldest active dive club in the state of Arizona and probably one of the oldest in the USA, was formed in the late 1950's.

This website, DesertDolphins.org, has all our Internet resources including the current and past newsletters, the club event calendar, club photos (e.g. members’ dive trips, club parties, club meetings) and club documents (e.g. photo contest rules and guidelines). Members may post dive trips under the “Discussion” tab. Members may email each other via our website’s “Send email” function in the “Members” section. Club officers and committee contacts are listed on the “Pages” tab, “Desert Dolphins SCUBA Diving Club contacts” or by selecting the member's name in the “Members” section of our website.

For Internet security some sections of our web site are password protected.

Members of DesertDolphins.org's group receive monthly meeting notifications which include a direct link to download the latest newsletter via "One click" of their mouse button. Neat!

To add yourself to our club calendar and newsletter announcement service click on the "Join Us!” button found on the right upper hand corner of this page. Provide a preferred email address and password. Note – one may ignore the option to use a “Facebook” account to join our website. After joining one may manage the types of email notifications desired under the “Accounts”, “Email settings” tabs.

We are strong supporters of Tucson's local dive shops - Desert Divers, The Dive Shop and Planet SCUBA USA.
