What we’re about

Please join us in the spirit of group meditation practice. We are meditation practitioners from many backgrounds and with varying practice experience. Everyone is welcome!
We practice a basic silent (non-guided) meditation for 30 minutes, a walking meditation (deliberate walking, feeling connection to our bodies and the earth) for 10 minutes, and a Dharma book reading and discussion for 20 to 30 minutes. Recent books read by the group have included works by Thich Nhat Hanh, Tulku Thondup, Pema Chödrön, Joseph Goldstein and Charlotte Joko Beck.
- our current book is "Living Beautifully with Uncertainty and Change" by Pema Chödrön.

Whether you are new to meditation or a seasoned practitioner this session offers each of us the ability to practice meditation with others and share our experiences.
For newcomers to meditation, please send us a message for some helpful guidance.
