Experience LABS has a created a special opportunity for DT:DC members to enjoy an evening of LEGO Serious Play with Kris Østergaard and Laila Pawlak, two of the world’s leading experts on the LSP methodology and founders of DARE2.

Lego Serious Play is an innovation tool that uses Lego bricks to visualize and prototype design challenge solutions for complex and challenging tasks. The method was developed by the LEGO company in collaboration with leading researchers in strategy and organizational behavior. Today the LSP method is used by companies all over the world working with topics like strategy, aspirations, team development and innovation.

AGENDA

6:30 – 7:00 Networking

7:00 Start -->

Warm up: Skills-building which is high energy and a lot of fun while you are educated on the method and why it works.

Building session: Build your key challenge or important parameters for growth for your business.

Brain jam: Share brain power and provide input to other participant's challenges/ideas in small groups.

OUTPUT

Professional Playground: Explore key challenges and essential actions while getting input from a diverse and super-sharp group of participants at 1776, DC’s start-up incubator.

Networking: Create networks with the other participants as you sit in groups of 6-8 and share stories with each other.

Insights: Learn the how and why of LEGO Serious Play and why playing seriously is extremely good for business.
