Impact Mapping

It’s time for the August edition of the Seattle Design Thinking & Innovation Meetup! This month we are going to be working on introducing Impact Mapping, a framework that helps visualize and scaffold the people, actions, and interventions necessary to achieve an audacious goal. Whether you are trying to spread design thinking and creativity in your own organization, grow your business, or build a social justice moment, impact mapping offers a human centered framework to map out your strategy.

We’ll be leading the group through a hands on workshop that will consist of some facilitated group exercises & activities followed by an opportunity for the entire group to share and discuss our work and things we’ve learned. As always, we’ll provide an initial networking activity to get things started and we’ll close things out with a brief retrospective followed by more mingling and snacking. Be prepared to do some cool work and have a good time. We’d love to see you so come out.

It is collaboratively created during a discussion by answering the following four questions:

• Who?

• How?

• What?
