Hey Node fans!

I hope you're all pumped about tomorrow's Nodecopter get-together!

Prior to that hoedown, there's another event going on tonight.  The API Craft Detroit group is having a JavaScript-focused meetup.  Here's the description:

"APIs: Make-Test-Consume with JavaScript-JavaScript-JavaScript on[masked]

We've had JavaScript support in the leading web browsers for a long time. As a result, JavaScript is the closest thing we have to a lingua franca for programmers.

Now, thanks to node, we have JavaScript on the server and with PhoneGap, Trigger.io, and Sencha we have JavaScript powering native mobile apps.

At this meetup we'll take advantage of the ubiquity of JavaScript and explore how to build an API, test it and consume it from a client app completely in JavaScript."

As usual, we'll be holding this at 1555 Broadway Street, 3rd floor, in Detroit (the Madison) at 6:00PM.

I know this is late notice, but I figured some of you may be interested.

See you soon!
