Yes, you guessed it! For this meetup we will explore Terraform, a HashiCorp product used for building, changing, combining, and versioning infrastructure. Provisioning and managing infrastructure resources can be hard and is often complex. A typical application stack consists of several compute resources, load balancers, databases, and networking components that have to interact and work seamlessly together. With its simple DSL-style configuration, Terraform can safely and efficiently manage complex infrastructure environments or even an entire datacenter with ease.

During this talk we will look at several use cases for Terraform and demonstrate how this powerful DevOps tool can be used to construct an application stack using AWS and Docker providers. Finally, we'll briefly demonstrate how to integrate Terraform into a Continuous Integration (CI) pipeline using Buildkite. Both basic and advanced concepts of Terraform will be covered during the presentation that will satisfy all experience levels.
