DevOpsPalooza - 15 mins to talk about DevOps at your company

DevOps doesn't come in a box. It's not a standardized one size fits all solution. So every company has a different take on what DevOps is. It's really interesting to hear how different companies are adopting this idea of DevOps. What is your DevOps culture? What tools are you using? Were you DevOps from day 1 or has your company undergone or in the middle of a transformation to DevOps type culture? What's the future of DevOps at your company?

I'm looking for between 6 to 8 companies who want to share what DevOps is to them. You'll have 15 mins to share whatever DevOps is and answer questions. You don't need to put together slides, but feel free to. Also don't feel like you need to use all 15 mins either. Here are a couple additional speaking points.

• What values do you look for in a Dev/Ops hire?

• What's your architecture like and why is it the way it is?

• Are you taking care of pets or herding cattle?

• Any pain points to achieving or maintaining DevOps practices?

• What's your build and deployment processes like?

• How do you plan for or avoid downtime?
