January: DLM delivery and Docker + Cloud Foundry

Details
Hey team! We're back in January with a new year of DevOps and some amazing content to experience and discuss
Talk 1: DevOps for the database: Building an automated database deployment pipeline.
Description: More and more companies are recognizing that agile practices such as continuous integration and continuous delivery are as applicable to databases as they are to applications. Implemented correctly, they reduce risk, improve efficiency, and deliver value to customers sooner. Quite simply, they enable organizations to proactively manage the processes involved in the application and database lifecycle, including planning, development, release, and maintenance.
Learn how to automated database lifecycle using source control, continuous integration and release management.
We will talk about the challenges and benefits of automating DLM vs ALM. Understand the tools and processes required to automate your release pipeline. Learn what changes your organization needs to make to support process automation. Why do theses changes have to be made?
