After the great session about mobile it's time to plan another one. This time the main focus will be on second screen applications.
Such apps can be used during TV shows to add a level of interaction for its viewers, such as adding background information to a specific theme, allow the viewers to answer questions or participate in polls.

14:30 - Jeroen Elfferich (Ex Machina)
Ex Machina was founded in 2001 with an original focus on multiplayer games for web, and one year later, for mobile as well. In 2004 we offered the first SDK to help developers create multiplayer games, and in 2007 created the first second screen play along apps. We’ve also pioneered a social mobile games community platform. Since 2009 the company focus has been exclusively on second screen.

While watching a show on Dutch television, www.remotely.tv shows tweets and realtime show-info on your laptop, Ipad of mobile phone. A preview of version 2.0 will be shown during this summit.
