Welcome to Dharma Readers. This group is a book club which focuses on books that explore the many different facets of Buddhism. We welcome Buddhists and Non-Buddhists alike. We do not favor any particular form of Buddhism and seek only to deepen our understanding and knowledge of his teaching. This group is for those who want to learn more about the Dharma in a group setting. If you are not looking to study Buddhism, but want to know more, try the Minneapolis Buddhism Meetup Group.

Format: We do an informal ten minute meditation before we start each meeting. Depending on the type of book we are reading we may read the material aloud and then discuss it, or read the material at home and come prepared to discuss parts that we have chosen. It is not neccesary to read the book to attend a meeting. Feel free to join us and share in our conversation. At the end of each book we ask our members what they would like to read and then vote to determine what the next book will be. We meet twice a month, every other sunday.
