there is slight change of plans:

First, the lecture on Friday will start a bit late, around 7:30pm.

Second, the lecture on Sunday will start around 11:00am. After that we will continue with lunch, question and answers and meditation practice.

This coming weekend (November 4th-6th) we're going to host Eric Gibson who flies in from Minneapolis. Throughout the weekend, he will give lectures, explanations to meditation and answer our questions. Join us to learn and enjoy the Dharma together.

Everyone is welcome to attend!

The suggested donations for the program is $50 per person for the whole retreat, or $10 per lecture (except for the University lecture, which is free). For any questions or further information please email or call us.

Mark your calendar: on Monday November 21st, at 8pmLama Ole Nydahl will give a lecture in the Guggenheim Hall at the University of Washington.

Also, our weekly schedule: we meet every Wednesday at 8pm for a guided meditationpreceded by a short talk at our center at 2114 Western Ave, right next to the Pike Place market.

About Eric Gibson

Eric Gibson has been a practitioner of the Diamond Way Karma Kagyu Tibetan Buddhist lineage and a student of Lama Ole Nydahl since 1998. His big heart and joyful style have inspired many people, and Eric has always guided his friends in a natural way. In 2002, at Lama Ole Nydahls request, he began giving formal Dharma teachings and has since traveled through the Americas and Russia sharing his experience. Eric and his wife Milla live in Minneapolis, MN, where they are active in the local Diamond Way Buddhist Center. He has a Bachelors degree in Philosophy, and works as a Financial Advisor.


The program takes place at our center, except for the lecture on Friday.

6:00 pm     Guided 16th Karmapa Meditation
