Hey Everyone,

As our "regular readers" know ,,,,we tend to travel a lot for our Midweeks (metaphorically speaking),,,, jet-setting from coast to coast on our culinary excursions. So this week, let's stretch our wings and head to the Pacific Rim via one of Houston's more eclectic culinary destinations - LORO Asian Smokehouse. And for those unfamiliar,,,,, when we're thinking LORO, we're thinking:

*ATMOSPHERE - CASUAL & COMMUNAL, we can order at the bar
*DRINKS - Heck Yeah ,,,,,how about BOOZY SLUSHES+BATCH COCKTAILS
*FOOD - Oh let's say ,,,,,,,FAR EAST MEETS DOWN SOUTH (Yeah,,,,an Asian Smokehouse).

LORO Asian was founded in 2018 by the owners of Franklin Barbecue and Uchi, to provide the ultimate fusion experience by merging their loves of both Asian and Texas cuisine. Housed in what used to be an old church, LORO provides an eclectic menu, covering the gamut from noodles, to salads, to fried chicken and cheddar burgers. All in a laid back communal setting that is perfect for unwinding in the middle of the week.

This is a meet & greet social Game night event. I will be bringing cards against humanity and giant UNO.
PLEASE BRING SOME OF YOUR OWN GAMES TO SHARE!
I will taking my games and going home at 8pm. You can stay longer if you like. Feel free to come and go when you like. You don’t have to be there the entire duration.
The all time record attendance for my game night event is 75 people so come join the effort to set a new attendance record and get to 100 people attending.
Please note this is the Kirby Ice House on Gessner Road.
NO outside beverages are allowed in but you can bring in outside food. There is a food vendor onsite as well as several restaurants close to the venue.
Please help support Kirby Ice House by purchasing their drinks, soda,etc.
Everyone will be on separate checks so make sure you pay for what you order.
Multi meetup event with Discovering Houston and Exploring Houston. We will have very large attendance for this so get there early to get good seating.
