Navigating the Search Landscape in 2013

Before we all depart for the Christmas holidays, I just wanted to let you know of a date for the diary in 2013…

To ease you in after the holiday season and get you thinking about those all-important strategies for the coming year, we will be focussing the evening on our tips for ‘Navigating the search landscape in 2013’.

We have an awesome line-up of speakers for you, along with a drink or two and some snacks thrown in for good measure (so don’t start the detox just yet!)

The Speakers:

First up, Will Critchlow (https://twitter.com/willcritchlow) is going to talk about ‘The scale and scope of current internet trends that affect marketers’. His data and arguments will show you how you should be changing the way you structure your marketing campaigns and set the scene for the tactical tips from our other speakers. He will also make sure that you leave with some sound bites and visuals for persuading both bosses and clients.

Next up, Chelsea Blacker (https://twitter.com/ChelseaBlacker) from Blueglass UK will be using her recent research results to reveal her ‘Hot tips in Local search for 2013’, including the best ways to maximise on local trends in Mobile SEO.

Nick Beck (https://twitter.com/nicholasbeck) from Tug will conclude the presentation part of the evening with his talk on ‘How Social affects your marketing plan’. Following Google’s Search Plus Your World update, natural search and social media have been continuing to integrate. Nick is going to be talking to us about how our marketing strategies need to adapt to accommodate the ever increasing impact of social.
