11/19 Mesos Hackathon

Details

This half-day hackathon will bring together developers interested in developing with Mesos. Mesos core committers will be present to help mentor folks.

We're suggesting three topics to focus on:

  • Porting frameworks and executors to Mesos
  • Creating new language bindings
  • Working on starter tickets (tickets indicated on JIRA)

Please RSVP by Monday, November 18 @ 5pm. If your Meetup name is not your full name, email your full name to jnierras@opentable.com . Upon arrival, check in with Security in the main lobby and provide your full name and mention you are going to OpenTable. They will bring you up to the 7th floor.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: There is a fire drill scheduled during the week of Nov 18 for the 1 Montgomery Building (120 Kearny). Should the fire drill occur during the time of the Hackathon, ALL attendees are must evacuate the building. Please look for the OpenTable Safety Team(wearing bright orange jackets) whenever you hear an emergency alarm. You must follow all of their instructions, and if an evacuation is required you must stop everything you are doing (meetings, phone calls, using restroom) and evacuate building immediately. DO NOT USE THE ELEVATORS!
