One of our Innovators, Grace Lee....President of Sonshine Trade mentioned this site called quirky.com where people crowd source ideas for products.

We then started discussing how it is so much more convenient to purchase something at a store versus online due to that convenience factor.

How do we merge these discrepancies?

A product is going to be hard pressed to get distribution if they are a crowd sourced idea. How can we be more Agile as an industry?

What can we do to get the future in peoples hands today?

The last Meetup group was amazing. It was extremely engaging and fun. Everyone seems to agree that we need a quieter location but we all enjoy a fun and social ambiance.

Lets make sure we all bring business cards!!

The majority of Distribution Innovation Meetups will be in Belmont Shore. We made an exception the first time because Congregational Ale is ranked one of the top 100 places for beer in the country.

I will announce our special guest for this upcoming group in the next week or two but truthfully every member is special. We're all entreprenuers.....so the purpose of these guests will be stroke our creative juices.

Lucilles BBQ (https://plus.google.com/104727849760705656285/about?hl=en) in Belmont Shore (http://www.yelp.com/biz/beach-and-street-belmont-shore-long-beach) is one of those classic places. I got a room reserved for us.

Just ask for the "Distribution Innovation" Table.

See ya there!
