When you take the time to care for yourself, you will change how you see and participate in the world. This initiates powerful emotional, physical, and spiritual changes. As a result, you may find more energy, resources, time and even love within and around you.

Jeannie Advincula and Shea Lindsay will be sharing tools to help you make daily shifts in your relationship with yourself and others. They will help you discover places of peace and connection in your body and learn how this can be utilized to change your LIFE.

You will be introduced to the amazing tools of Somato Respiratory Integration and concepts of Reorganizational Living - cutting edge transformational tools developed by Dr. Donald Epstein. Through this journey you will walk away with a greater understanding of how to till the soil of your inner being and harness the change you want to see in your life through LOVE and CONNECTION.

Jeannie Advincula is a Wellness Educator and a passionate cheerleader for humanity. Her personal and professional experience in Somato Respiratory Integration and Chiropractic shape her outlook on the limitless possibilities connection brings to the growth and evolution of the planet. Jeannie has taught various workshops on personal discovery, transformation and awakening utilizing tools of Reorganizational Healing. She has spoken at various events representing Life Chiropractic College West throughout her educational career and is currently a chiropractic intern at the Life West Health Center.

Shea Lindsay: Originally from Rhode Island where I graduated from university of Rhode Island with a bachelors of science in Exercise Science. I worked in Cardiac Rehabilitation, Athletic Training for Salve Regina University, and as a personal trainer for specifically Women of all ages. I am certified as a personal trainer, CPR/ First aid instructor, and certified strength and conditioning specialist. After moving to San Diego, I found my love in Chiropractic and the preventative and holistic approaches to wellness. I am currently a student at Life Chiropractic College West. I have a love for exercise, yoga/meditation, and the outdoors. I am passionate about learning from others and sharing my knowledge to help improves lives.
