Louisiana Docker Meetup

We're having another Meetup for Docker users in Louisiana. This time, it'll be at the Jefferson Parish East Bank Regional Library (http://www.jplibrary.net/branches/jplpage.eastbankregional.html) during lunch and will be hosted by Brandon Willmott of the local VMware User Group.
