Welcome, Dallas Bikers!

******Due to recent Spammers hitting all Meetup groups, we have now made the profile questions mandatory for all new members for the simple reason that spammers probably aren't going to take the time to answer 5 questions having to do with motorcycles and Dallas.******

This group is for all bikers that live in or near downtown Dallas -- AND, we get to participate in some great activities! We're the only group that's been invited to ride around the baseball diamond before a Texas Rangers game, we are invited to participate in parades, and photo shoots. We're right in the heart of things and it shows!

Whether your flavor is Harley or Ducati, Triumph or BMW, Honda or Suzuki, Victory or Yamaha, Norton or a custom-built, as long as you are on 2 wheels and embracing life, you are welcome in this group.

We have a great group of Organizers: Michael Marshall & Christopher Cave handle a lot of the Bike Nights; Tim Lebsack finds great country roads & does rebuilds; and Michael Owens enjoys organizing the day trips. If you have suggestions, feel free to send them on to one or all of us.

If you're like a lot of us, you're tired of all the bike groups being out in suburbia. You live in downtown, Deep Ellum, Uptown, Park Cities, Lakewood, or M Streets and you want to meet & ride with like-minded, urban living individuals.

What we do ask of you as a member of this group is for you to follow our simple standards: Have a bike (2 or 3 wheels); if you are between bikes - temporarily - that's cool, but DO be an active biker and not someone who will "get around to getting a bike someday...."

No politics and if you are into drama you are subject to ridicule and being bashed upside the head by a helmet. If you find this statement offensive, we suggest that you stick close to you corner Starbuck's and watch your bike sit safely in its parking space. ;-)
