Last month we learned how to apply our research by creating personas. This month we will learn another application of user research: Journey Mapping!
A Journey Map is a tool you can use to visualize the journey a customer goes through with your brand, service, or product. With it you can represent those touch points and the emotional state of your user through that journey. Let's learn how to create them and use them to help develop better experiences.
