We've decided to start this group after spending 18 months learning how to shop, cook and bake no oil vegan based on the principles in Dr. Esselystyn's "How to Prevent and Reverse Heart Disease" book. With absolutely ZERO restaurants in the Cleveland/Akron area serving 100% organic, vegan and without oil food, we are interested in exploring what other opportunities exist to socialize with others while we eat! We'd also like to share our experience with like -minded individuals or couples interested in learning how to cook with alternative, healthy and/or organic foods and products.
Many new members have joined since Forks/Knives hit the theatres a few months ago, thank you! While our primary focus will always remain no oil vegan, we realize many of our members are either 100% whole foods/plant based and/or follow a less strict diet such as Rip's Engine 2 Diet of which we also support.
Your input, questions and suggestions are appreciated and can easily be turned into a page of information, a discussion, or a poll on this site so please don't hesitate to share your ideas with us as we continue to grow and expand our community of no oil vegan and plant strong friends in Ohio and eventually around the world!

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
