Save the Date. Join us to hear all about the 2026 season. Feel free to bring a friend or two. Make sure to include them when you RSVP.

We will gather for our annual 'cleaning of the boats!' Please bring buckets, cleaning rags, cleaning gloves, mild abrasive cleaners (soft scrub), and sponges. Wear clothing that you will not mind getting dirty and wet. We will than haul the boats to the shore and put them in the water. We need as many members as possible to help!

NOTE: THIS EVENT IS FOR TEAM MEMBERS, AND THEIR SIGNIFICANT OTHERS, ONLY.

We need several paddlers to meet at Sienna's house and paddle the boat from her dock to the shore at Latta. And then, back to her dock after practice.

Please park in Sienna's driveway, not on the street.

You must be a paid member of Healing Dragons to participate in this event.

Please make sure to RSVP for practice as well.

RSVP for practice is required. If you have signed up to attend and your plans change, please make sure to update your RSVP.

Practice Schedule:

• 8:30 am - mandatory warm up near the shore and prepare to board the boat.
• 10:15 am - return to the shore.

Bring water bottle, sunglasses, and sunscreen. Wear shoes that won't slip in a wet boat, with closed toe shoes preferred.

If you will be late to practice, please CALL the captain and let the captain know what your expected arrival time on shore will be.

If you are a potential new member, a guest waiver is required and we will allow you to paddle with our team twice. We have paddles and PFDs (personal flotation devices) for you to use if you don't have your own.
