Camden Lock and Primrose Hill

Fancy a trip down Camden town to-do some drawing? Well, DLoL's next trip will be starting in Camden Town specifically around Camden Lock. Camden Town is busy so I've chosen the lock as a good base to start from as there is generally some space here to sit/stand draw outside of the shopping hordes. Having said that I don't want to deter you from venturing into the market. Stables market has opened up a bit more since doing this trip last year and as its under cover its a good place to vacate if it rains. After Camden Lock we will walk along the grand union canal up to Prince Albert Road where we will go into Regents park and up towards Primrose hill. Primrose Hill known for its skyline views of London and for being a popular picnic area, Primrose Hill also overlooks and is near to Regents Park - which is just down the hill. A vast park that's worth exploring, if you've never been, or even if you have. If the weather holds out for us I have no doubt it will be a great day. As per usual at the end of the day we will vacate to a pub - probably the Queen's on regents park road as its quiet - to share and look at each others work.
The meeting point for this trip will be outside Camden Town station at the entrance on Camden High street - its the entrance on the right as you come up the escalator and through the barrier. I'll post my number the day before, so you can call me just in case you have trouble finding us.
Hope to see you there.
