Hi, Im new to the group an have not yet been to a meeting. I agree with Jeff, and sometimes find myself stuck on the mary-go-round of the mundane day to day distractions; its only when I jump off lifes little ride can I find the time to be still and see things clearly.
Anyway, I will try my best to be off work that day on Sep 15th.
I look forward to meeting, an sharing knowledge with you all soon.

The interesting thing about being asleep is that you aren't too aware it's happening. Until a dream begins, we can assume our minds are unfocused and we are groggy and drifting. The reason to develop a lucid dream state is to make valuable use of the time we are asleep - to "wake up" and consciously direct ourselves toward a higher evolutionary experience.

Brings me to our point: I am shouting out to our members to "wake up" to the idea of attending our next meetup. I know we are all busy with our regular lives, stacking blocks in piles that we hope don't tip over, LOL... But to become lucid means making the extra effort at self-direction, evolution and awareness of higher goals. It is indeed a tough internal struggle to not fall back asleep, to change our daily routine, and to not stay a gear in the endless mechanisms of standard waking trance.

Please direct your "Inner Central Command Head Quarters" to schedule an activity that's valuable to your progress on the Great Path of Consciousness... (wake up inside your dream)

Command your higher self to appear with us at the next Dream Research and Lucid Dreams meetup group on Wednesday, September 15th. The more of us sharing, the more the whole of our group benefits.

Remember, "lucid" is not something we want to happen only while we're sleeping...
