Zoo Sketch!

Join us for a zoo sketch crawl! Bring whatever art supplies you desire, maybe a lunch, and we'll share some art time. Prepare yourself for weather as needed. Please procure your own ticket ($11.50) and meet us just by the mountain goats at 10:00 am. We'll start walking at about 10:20, so if you get there later you can email me (Temris) at tempesttoons@gmail.com to find out where we are or I can email you my cell #. We'll stop for lunch at about 12:30 in or near AfriCafe, share sketchbooks, take some photos, then continue on until we're all sketched out.

PARKING:

Parking now costs $1.60/hour or $4 all day. (For more info: http://washingtonparkpdx.org/parking/) If you are taking the Max to get there, be sure to show them your ticket stub to get in to the zoo for $10 instead of $11.50.

Don't be daunted by drizzly weather! There is plenty of covered areas to draw without an umbrella in your other hand. The umbrella is just helpful to get between exhibits.
