This is the world's #1 Drivel Meetup, helped modestly by the fact that it is the world's -only- Drivel Meetup.

Started originally by some endearingly crazy English guy with a thing for swans, toast, and obscure 80's references, Let's Go Somewhere and Talk Drivel, or "Drivel" as it is affectionately called by practitioners, is basically just an excuse for a hangout/pub group with an in-joke for a name.

Don't let that fool you too much, as everyone who attends is at least partly full of crap and prone to potentially talking nonsense, but then, where do you not see that? At least here it is intentional (or at least officially sanctioned)!
If nothing else, you can talk out of your rear as desired, and then when everyone thinks you are a weirdo, you can excuse yourself in the vein of "I meant to do that" a la drivel. Alternatively you can get dreadfully serious and disclose your most heartfelt opinions and beliefs, only to reneg them with deus ex drivel when everyone stares at you like you're crazy or a tard. Oh, happy days! It's wonderful to have an excuse!
