Drupal is an open source CMS powering millions of websites and applications. It’s built, used, and supported by an active and diverse community of people around the world.

Learn what's new in Drupal 8, and why you as a PHP or web developer might want to take a second look at Drupal now that it's getting modern, with a leaner core, object-oriented APIs and Symfony components among many new features.

Presented by Sven Berg Ryen. Sven started the Drupal meetups in Singapore in 2010, was the main organiser of DrupalCamp Singapore 2012 and 2013, a Drupal module maintainer and works with Drupal frontend and backend development for an American media company.
