Learn to code AI

Details

Now that summer is well and truly here, we will be starting a series of meetups designed to cover particular topics. We will start with a basic introduction to the core concepts of AI coding.

We will work through real-life scenarios and for those with an arduino, we will cover the code required to start making things happen.

As this will be a practical session, you will need to bring a laptop and an arduino if you have one.

We will also be limiting the number of participants to 10 per session so that everyone has a good understanding of the concepts covered, but we can repeat sessions if we have a large waiting list.

The building is quite easy to find, but the office inside is not so easy so we will have someone to meet people by the door from 7.15pm. If no-one is there to meet you, they will be showing people to the office so will be back shortly.

If you are bringing an arduino, please can you make sure you have the software installed on your laptop. If you have a spare breadboard and basic electronic components (leds, resistors etc.) bring this along if you want to build some of the circuits as we go along.

If anyone has any difficulty finding the office block, then wait near the Ulster Bank ATM at the top of the escalator that comes up from the Ben Dunne Gym and we will also be able to find you.

If anyone has any questions, please let me know.
