Swift collections and initializers... with some rust on the side.

Our fourth meetup will be in Gilt, and as always, we got 3 wonderful talks lined up. We will start with some swift 3 collection internals, then we will discuss swift initialization, and lastly we will change the topic a bit and talk about rust lang, which is a language were swift draws ideas (https://lists.swift.org/pipermail/swift-evolution/Week-of-Mon-20160725/025701.html) from.

In Swift Apple added many new protocols to work with collections. To avoid thinking in Objective-C way. In this talk Ievgen will try to show how we can improve our code. He will try to show best practices and some tricks that everybody can use in their projects. And we will explore some useful protocols and how Apple embedded them into the language.
