Empowering Generation UX

'User Experience Designer' is one of the hottest, most in demand job titles in Ireland. There are not enough qualified UX Designers to provide the necessary skills and design education is not in sync with what industry needs.

In this talk, Séamus Byrne, Director of UX at Graphic Mint, looks at empowering a new generation of UX practitioners through mentorship, practice and continuing education. The fruits of these initiatives will help elevate Irish Design standards and build a global hub for design excellence at home.
