HTML5 Video: How to protect your content with Encrypted Media Extensions - Dorin Manoli @dorinmanoli (https://twitter.com/DorinManoli)
Cinema, TV and lately, on-line video, have been the preferable choice for people to get news, entertain or do business. In the past 10 years we have experienced a big improvement in broadband speed and bandwidth. Metacafe, YouTube, Vimeo and of course Netflix have been pioneering the distribution of video content over the internet. But not everything comes for free. The explosion of pay-per-view or subscription services indicates that consumer is shifting towards online space quicker that we may think.
How changing consumer behaviour has made old market players to adapt new technologies and how HTML5 has made things easier to protect video content will be the main topic of my presentation.
Operation JavaScript Transformation - Brian Di Palma @BrianDiPalma1 (https://twitter.com/BrianDiPalma1)
