The purpose of this group is to meet other people who are concerned about the consumerist culture and the impact it has on our earth. We would like to create a community that fosters communication as well as the sharing of resources, knowledge and skills. Though this meetup group is primarily focused on the saving of unnecessary waste through dumpster diving, we are here to serve people who are in need through what we find and the knowledge we can share.
