Consistent with our name, this group is dedicated to Sunday morning "long runs" through Rock Creek Park, the Mall, the path along the C&O Canal, the Capital Crescent Trail, or any combination thereof... This group is for runners of all skill levels and degrees of seriousness. Paces will vary (mine is between 8:30 and 9:00), and length of runs will vary between 10-20 miles.

There is no commitment and no pressure to run. Runs will be organized by me in advance, but feel free to vary from the program.

This is geared toward anyone, whether training for a fall marathon, races of other distances, or just trying to get or stay in shape.

We meet at the corner of 20th & P, NW at 8 a.m. on Sundays (in front of Second Story Books).
