Stroller Strides is not just a stroll through the park. Our 60 minute classes are a complete body workout. We combine power walking, body toning using exercise tubing (provided), cardio, ab work and stretching. The bonus is that your child is right there with you along for the ride.
Stroller Strides also offers great Luna Mom's Club playgroups, Mom's Night Out, and Family Events!
