If you enjoy intense cardio workouts, would like to burn 800-1000 calories in an hour, and want to take some stress out on a heavy bag, then this is your class.

We teach basic self defense combinations during the class as well as incorporate, spinning, kickboxing, cardio endurance exercises, and oh yes, plenty of abdominal exercises.


$8 High intesnity cardio class design to help you burn about 1,000 calories. 20 people maximum. Bring your own gloves, water, and a towel. We do have some gloves available for use on a first come first serve basis.

 

Class start promptly at the respective times.  It is suggested that you arrive 5-10 minutes early to ensure you have a space and to fill out a waiver (if it's your first time).
