Being dyslexic can mean both challenges and opportunities when establishing and maintaining a successful career.

In a study conducted by Professor Logan from Cass Business School it was "found that dyslexic people display better skills in oral communication and problem-solving. They are also likely to be better at managing staff, having developed delegation skills in order to cope with their conditions." (http://bit.ly/mU4HAC)

It is also noted "People with dyslexia start their own businesses so they can control the environment around them, do what they're good at and bring in other people to compensate for what they're not good at."
