What makes a dyslexic successful? Discussion evening

I am writing a new book (my 10th) on 'Dyslexia and Success' and have created an evening when we can ask and hopefully solve the following questions:

Is success for dyslexics and non-dyslexics the same?

What is a successful dyslexic and why?

What role has school got to creating successful and unsuccessful dyslexics?
