WAIVER PROCESSING: EVERYONE will be required to submit an injury waiver before they will be allowed to participate in practice. SHOW UP EARLY TO PROCESS THRU!!

DONATIONS: I request $5 or more per session pays for the following:

*Access and approval to use Raleigh Parks and Rec locations

*Access to Camp Butner military Obstacle Course

*Access to Wake Tech BLET course

*Building materials and up keep of obstacles

*Water and Power Aid style drinks

*Time for Certified fitness instructors

*Legal liability requirements

So once again please consider this small favor for E.O.C.R. operating costs.

LOCATION: @ Shelly Lake, LARGE main field, just across the damn, just up from the small parking lot. TO BRING: WATER, WATER (yea, we said it twice), gloves, towel, a friend, sons, daughters and anyone else you think might want to have "fun".
