  Home values have plummeted for 5 years now in much of the Bay Area. However, values have stabilized and are moving up in some areas.  Properties that sold for $500,000 are selling for $195,000 and Condo’s are selling for $65,000. Consequently, there are REO's, and Forclosures on the market, that cash-flow from $200-$500/mo.  Lets work together as a group and take advantage of this great market!

Our goal is to help put all the pieces together to enable fellow investors to increase returns while decreasing risk. We'll also discuss asset protection, exit strategies, market analysis and more.
