Presentation Abstract
Vagrant allows you to run your Rails application and all of its dependencies in a portable, sharable environment. Use for development, set it up as a staging server, or experiment with a production setup. Get started with Ryan Bate's RailsCast here and then come to the Meetup to learn more and see it in action. The location is about a block East of the 19th St. BART station (walk a block down 19th; turn left on Franklin and look to your right for the restaurant.
