Priceless
No payment is required to attend the workshops. Tony offers them in the spirit of generosity and gratitude with the hope of contributing to more people and encouraging a greater number of fulfilling workplaces. You may leave a cash or check contribution in the bowl in the workshop room or use PayPal. The amount of the contribution is entirely up to you. Tony suggests that you consider what you have paid for executive education programs and give an amount that is proportional to the benefit you receive and is significant to you.

->This is a coaching workshop, not a class.<-

A class centers on the transfer of information from the teacher to the student. Tony is not offering a class because you do not need more tips, ideas, or tricks, most of which are never implemented. A coaching workshop centers on each participant’s application of alternative methods and insights to their lives. It is time to make efficient use of your knowledge and experience to make things happen.

Power, breakout results, and deep satisfaction come from
a guided exploration of that gap we all experience between
what we know and what we do.

This is the domain of coaching: who you are.

Most people have experienced such a gap. Consider this. Are you at your ideal weight? Probably more than a few pounds over, right? Do you know how to lose weight? Some version of “eat less and move more,” correct? Do you consistently do that? Are you satisfied with your results? Probably not. There is some gap, some apparent barrier between what you want and what you have, between what you know and what you do.

That is where coaching makes the difference.
