Zen and the Art of Productivity Management (No More Time Management)

Details
IF I JUST HAD ONE MORE DAY IN THE WEEK......THEN I COULD GET IT ALL DONE!
How many times have you said and heard this?http://photos2.meetupstatic.com/photos/event/6/1/f/a/event_223885082.jpeg
There are two reasons that you are not able to fit all you have to do in to the time you have to do it.
-
You are practicing Time Management, not Priority Management
-
IT CAN'T BE DONE.
Let's not keep chasing our tail. The reality is that we are working in what is designed as a failure based system. You make your lists, you start to knock things off of it, you don't get it all done, so you add it to your "Next Day" list. This is a system of failure and becomes stressful, depressing, overwhelming and frustrating.
Are you with me so far?
So, let's stop doing that. Let's start practicing "Zen and the Art of Productivity Management." This will show you that there is absolutely nothing else for you to do then what you are doing at this exact moment.
When people ask you the question: "What else do you have to do?"
You will be able to say, "Nothing. This is the only thing I have to do right now."
I know, I know, you are saying, "Frank that is just not possible. Do you have any idea how big my list of Things To Do is?"
Yes, I do. However, what I am going to show you is how to reorganize and prioritize things, and how to change your mind set about getting things done.
It sounds too good to be true? Maybe.....but it can't hurt to find out, can it? What if I am right and what if I help you manage your "time" much better than you are now? Would that be worth it?
Remember, you may attend and if at the end you don't think it was worth it, I will give you that evening's dinner fee back.
