I love our new home at the Banyan Tree! Come and tap into your soul, One Love/the Universe/Spirit/your Higher Self/God/All That Is! Soar with the angels and pulse with Mother Earth!

I love these words by Stephen Schwartz: "There is is an enormous impulse to create and...true creation is an embrace. There is an enormous impulse to express the love, to be the love, to make the love manifest and there is an enormous impulse to put all of that in chains."
And what is that impulse to put it all in chains? It is feeling the need to control born out of fear fed by locked up pain. What I love so much about tapping is that it frees up the locked pain, brings down the intensity of the emotional reaction, the old patterning of the brain, giving us the inner space to breathe, to choose again, to be more mindful, expansive and willing to risk our distorted perceptions of what provides "safety."

It is this freedom that I hope that these healing meditations inspire.
