What they didn't tell you in 'The Secret' and using the Law of Attraction is that if you have blocks, non-beneficial beliefs, or issues that stop you for manifesting your desires, it just doesn't work as well. EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is based on the energetic systems of the body. Being one of the most successful and efficient alternative health techniques to release emotional and physical blocks and pain.
Whether you know it or not traumas whether small or large and non-beneficial belief systems hold you back and can cause physical or emotional pain. Any trauma is terror plus helplessness, whether it's a sibling tearing apart your stuffed animal when you were young or the betrayal of a loved one. They all lead to the same response, your brain downloads all the information and it would be beneficical to discharge and release the 'frozen' brain repsonse.The time is right NOW to release anything that's in the way of your joy.
