EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is a powerful modality for rapidly resolving any form of emotional distress or trauma, simply by tapping on acu-points. Because EFT can release 'cellular memories' of trauma held in the body, it often works faster and more deeply than traditional talk therapy. People are using EFT to more easily achieve goals and outcomes, improve school and sports performance, enhance psychic and intuitive abilities, increase confidence and self-esteem, and improve health and deep Well-being.

This group is a support network for people wishing to live healthier, happier lives through learning and using EFT and related energy-based modalities. We have pot lucks, meetings, and sponsor EFT trainings (Levels 1, 2 and 3) in Albuquerque and Santa Fe.
