Potential anger triggers happen around us everyday. When you are involved in a situation, you interpret, attach meaning to, is based on your beliefs. No matter what the situation is, it is how you interpret it, that is important.
Based on your interpretation, you then decide to react or respond to the situation. When you "jump the gun" and respond negatively you "act out" in a negative or destructive way. Many times your anger is a reaction to something that happened to you when you were younger, a bully, for example, is a forgotten source of anger.
Using EFT- Tapping to release the emotional blocks from these past experiences will allow you to take control of your inner being and allow you to live a more conscious life without the hurt and drama of the past.
