Experience EFT - Healing with Helen Racz

The purpose of this group is to provide to everyone in Houston a FREE opportunity to experience EFT tapping led by a professional EFT practitioner every Thursday, 7-8:30 PM. We have been meeting weekly for the last 18 months and are now reaching out to others through Meetup.com. Weekly attendance averages 30 people.

EFT stands for 'Emotional Freedom Technique.' It is an energetic healing modality based on the same principles as acupuncture, but is non-invasive with NO needles.

EFT is not only effective on physical and emotional pain, fear, and stress but is also a great tool for embracing positive beliefs and supporting peak performance. Because you can learn to do EFT on yourself at home, it is a fantastic tool to learn and share with others of all ages. Abraham-Hicks followers will love EFT as a way to release resistance and raise vibration.

Just show up and experience tapping, NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED and no advance RSVP necessary. Helen leads the way and all you need to do is mimic her. You can volunteer to be on the "hot seat" or just stay in your chair and follow along. Either way you will benefit from the tapping, the high vibration environment and the uplifting affirmations you will be declaring.

First timers, please arrive a few minutes early so you can hear the instructions and explanation Helen provides at the very beginning of the session: 7:00 PM sharp. Everyone, please bring drinking water with you.
