A teaching and support group, working with EFT, Emotional Freedom Techniques. EFT, as seen on "View from the Bay" and other tv shows, has often been called "emotional acupuncture". We use the techniques of acupuncture by tapping instead of using needles.
Whether you're new to EFT or a seasoned veteran we will work together to open up to new vistas.
"Borrowing Benefits" is a neat concept, whereby working with one person and tapping along will produce benefits for the group.
As always, EFT is an educational tool; Please consult physicians on all medical issues.
Group facilitator is Pamela Leigh Powers, CCHT, EFT practitioner, author of "Chinese Power Animals - Archetypes of Transformation". Check out the website, www.acumindeft.com.
I feel these workshops will generate extraordinary benefits for all attendees. However, EFT is a very flexible process and thus this workshop represents my views on the subject and not necessarily the complete, standardized training dvds offered at http://www.emofree.com. It would be impossible to cover that much information in two hour meetings.
The second meeting of the EFT Dieters Don't Win group will be after the EFT women's group, from 1-3 pm on 12/12. This was a group new to EFT in the first meeting, and so we did a lot of basic EFT to get them up to speed. Being that you joined this Meetup group you know about EFT so you'll be able to segue in and join us without missing a beat, I'll bet. Read more
